Primary Use Case: Step-up authentication for high-risk login and transactions
RSA is the most recognized global brand in information security, with over $1B in revenues. The company has integrated Eyeprint ID into the RSA Adaptive Authentication Mobile SDK as a biometric step up authentication option for high-risk logins and transactions.
RSA has been tracking mobile usage and mobile fraud trends, and notes that in just three years, mobile transactions have increased more than 200% and 47% of fraudulent transactions now originate from a mobile device. Users want convenient – and secure – access to mobile, web and SaaS applications. The integration of Eyeprint ID with RSA Adaptive Authentication provides a simple authentication option to secure mobile transactions.
In March 2016, RSA also added Eyeprint ID into its RSA Via platform, which was relaunched in July 2016 as the RSA SecurID® Suite.
